We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with protective shipping material, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are subject to a $200 restocking fee per item (per barrier). Please understand that this fee is covering the material and labor of this made to order product.
Cancelation within 48 hours of order submission:
We will accept cancellation via email request to email@example.com within 48 hours of an order being submitted. After receiving the cancelation request it can take up to an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
Cancelation after 48 hours of order submission:
After 48 hours from the time of order submission, the order is considered in progress and parts and pieces are being compiled to complete the order in a timely and complete manner. Cancelations are subject to a restocking charge of $100 per item in the event of a cancelation after the 48 hour grace period. This fee is to cover the costs of the manufacturing process.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions // non-returnable items // Custom or Volume Orders:
We on request will fulfill custom and volume orders. The terms for these orders are not covered in the above mentioned orders and instead can be found here. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Because this is a made to order product we do not offer 1 to 1 exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are not offering any warranty or extended warranty on these items. We are committed to providing you the best customer experience and would like to know about any issues that arise during your ownership of a Raydoor Partition and/or Barrier solution.
